The step cleared this morning shows this morning. Your agents, your supervisors and your customer look at the same file at the same moment, with no phone round-up.
Cash follows the file
Expense requests, disbursements, receipts: every outflow is tied to the file that caused it, and the cash book prints.
The cash balance is deduced, not typed
Money in, money out, last month's carry-over: the journal keeps the count for you. It prints as it stands, and a correction in the past recomputes what follows.

Is there anything to install?
No. A browser is enough, on desktop or phone. There is nothing to update: your machines always open the latest version.
What happens to our open files?
They are carried over at start-up. We enter them with you at the stage they have reached, so nobody has to run two tools at once.
Do our customers pay for their access?
No. You invite them and they open an importer space on the free Base plan. They only pay if they want to go further.
I import: what can I do for free?
Track your shipments with all your forwarders, receive your invoices, send up to 5 transit orders a month and work as a team of two. Paid plans lift these limits.
I work with several forwarders. Is that a problem?
No, that is what it is built for. Every partner forwarder shows up in your space, with no limit, even on the Base plan.
My forwarder is not on IMPEXPRO yet.
Invite them from your space: they get a link to open their own. As soon as they accept, your operations with them show up there.
What if the connection drops?
The tool needs a connection. What was saved is saved: when the network returns, everyone picks up where they left off.
Can we limit what each agent sees?
Yes. Roles decide each person's scope, and a file can be followed without being open to everyone.
Will our customers see our margins?
They see what you invoice them and the documents that justify it. Your internal rates, your costs and your other customers are never visible to them.
How long do you keep our files?
As long as you are with us, with no time limit. A file closed five years ago opens like yesterday's.
